Nathaniel Wisco is a California licensed attorney with a unique background in business operations and extensive legal experience in real estate/tenancy laws, taxation, bankruptcy and debt resolution.

Mr. Wisco’s undergraduate training at the University of California, San Diego focused on the study of social and behavioral psychology in the context of business application and consumer research. While completing his undergraduate education, Mr. Wisco was employed full-time as a general manager for Manila Sunset Grille.

While completing his first year of legal training at California Western School of Law, Mr. Wisco also worked for the CWSL Trademark Clinic. As a student practitioner, Mr. Wisco gained comprehensive legal experience assisting individuals and small businesses in the prosecution and maintenance of trademark registrations.

During his second year of law school, Mr. Wisco was hired by Bruce A. Wilson, APLC as a paralegal. Upon satisfying the California state licensing requirements, Mr. Wisco continued working with Bruce A. Wilson, APLC as an associate attorney. During this period Mr. Wisco gained a range of professional experience in the successful resolution of various consumer debts and taxes, through Settlement, Offers in Compromise, and Bankruptcy.

While working with Bruce A. Wilson, APLC, Mr. Wisco also obtained substantial training in preparation of Wills and Trusts, and CA Probate Proceedings; Business Entity Formation; Legal Separation and Marital Dissolution Proceedings; Contract Drafting and Collections Litigation; Enforcement of Judgements; Various Landlord-Tenant and Real Property Disputes, and Unlawful Detainer Proceedings.
